How matches reach you and what affects delivery.
Housing notifications require an active subscription and a matching saved search. We also check availability when a previously queued message is due to be sent.
Right pace
First come, first served may require a quick application. For random selection, the last application date matters more, and for selection your application must meet the landlord’s requirements. Notifications do not replace the landlord’s current ad.
Channels
Push requires permission in iOS. Email goes to your verified address. SMS requires an available SMS function, a verified number, and your active channel selection; quiet hours and daily limits apply. No channel guarantees immediate delivery.
