Random selection
Apply before the deadline. The landlord’s rules determine which applications are included and how the selection is made.
Landlord selection
The landlord selects among applications. A complete application and meeting the requirements matter more than reacting at the exact second.
Queue points
Strict ranking by the most queue points is outside Snabbo’s usual search. If queue points are only a guideline, the listing can be shown when you choose it.
